Extra charges may apply for certain requests or issues. The quotes cover the work as specified but additional costs can occur if there is more to transport than expected, difficulty accessing the location, or if loading/delivery takes longer than estimated due to weather or traffic. It is best to consult with the driver if any additional charges are incurred.

Whilst not all of our drivers are specialist piano movers, some of our providers will be able to complete your job! We typically recommend a three person team and a Giant Luton van with a tail lift to move an upright piano. You have an option on your booking, just select you need move upright piano and we will send you right van and driver with helper.

Cancellation terms vary depending on whether a booking has been confirmed or not. If a booking has been confirmed, payment made is usually non-refundable, but there is a cooling-off period of one hour after booking during which you can cancel free of charge.

If you are booking a man and van in London with a pickup or dropoff location within the congestion charge zone, an additional £15.00 for the Congestion Charge will be added to your quotes.

You can request to travel in the van with the driver during certain move types, but it is not guaranteed and you will need to confirm with the driver in advance. Please select passengers at booking page, and we will send right driver for you.

If you find yourself in need of additional personnel, we recommend contacting us for assistance or you can select number of helpers at booking page. We will be able to arrange for the necessary support, though please be aware that this will result in an extra charge.

Select this service at booking page! The majority of our drivers will come with equipment to help dismantle and re-assemble your items. If you require this service, then you must specify this to your booking in the comments box on booking page.

If your driver needs to use a ferry to complete your move, they will ask for additional charges on the day.

YES. If you require boxes, you can always request some from your driver or order from OUR SHOP some days before your move. This will lead to additional charges.

We offer nationwide vehicle availability with a collection time of 30-60 minutes, varying based on vehicle type and external conditions. In London, our average pick up time is around 30 minutes.

It may be possible to modify the date and time of a requested service, depending on the amount of advance notice provided. Requests for upgrades such as a van upgrade or additional personnel are also possible, but it is important to note that they may incur additional fees.

The office is open Monday to Friday 24/7 and Saturday to Sunday from 7 AM to 11 PM.

Yes VAT charges are added to your quotes, this amount will be added at checkout before payment. If you need VAT invoice, please contact us and we will send it via email.

All deliveries come with a signature on delivery and a signed proof of delivery is instantly available.

Yes, all of our vans come with at least one driver. We do not currently have a van hire service.

No, you do not personally need to be present at your pick up address; however, you will need a friend or family member over the age of 18 to be available.
