    Are there any additional charges?

    Extra charges may apply for certain requests or issues. The quotes cover the work as specified but additional costs can occur if there is more to transport than expected, difficulty accessing the location, or if loading/delivery takes longer than estimated due to weather or traffic. It is best to consult with the driver if any additional charges are incurred.

    Can I Cancel My Booking?

    Cancellation terms vary depending on whether a booking has been confirmed or not. If a booking has been confirmed, payment made is usually non-refundable, but there is a cooling-off period of one hour after booking during which you can cancel free of charge.

    Do you provide Delivery ETA?

    What if I need more than 1 Trip?

    Price quoted is for one van load. Second trip will have extra charges for diesel and time. Second trip may not be possible if it impacts other bookings. But you can add extra stops during your booking here: BOOK ONLINE
